Curtis was then selected as the Brigade Surgeon for the largest combat brigade in Europe, the First Brigade of the Third Armored Division. He was then placed on active military duty and stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he completed his internship.ĭr. Bill Curtis was born and raised in Frederick, Maryland. Blandford practices ophthalmology with a special interest in cataract/implant surgery and refractive surgery.ĭr. Blandford, born in Kentucky, is married to Jeanette Kelly they are the parents of Alexander, Ryan, and Kristen.
